6. Intellectual Property

• RNM retains ownership of proprietary tools, methods, and frameworks
• Final deliverables may transfer ownership upon full payment

Unauthorized use, copying, or redistribution of proprietary materials is prohibited.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the course of the project. Confidential data will not be disclosed to third parties without permission unless required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

RNM will make reasonable efforts to deliver professional services; however, we are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Third-party platform or hosting issues outside our control

Liability, where applicable, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services by providing written notice. Fees for completed or in-progress work up to the termination date remain payable.

10. Website Usage Rules
